Doesn't give final answers; l have no idea if l did the problems right or not

This textbook was given as prescribed for my thermodynamics course, and this comes from a student perspective. Straightly put, this is an incredibly well-written, concise, and easy-to-understand textbook, perfect for both beginners and students coming in with an existing grounding in thermo and its engineering applications. Each section is clearly laid out and follows a logical progression both in-chapter and throughout the book, with easy to understand diagrams and worked examples.As another review has already mentioned, this book does not give the answers for its homework questions; otherwise this review would be five star. However, most of these questions are in the same format as the example problems given and can be solved the same way; peer collaboration and comparison mitigates this issue. I would prefer to give this book four and a half stars, but Amazon doesn't do things by half.Overall this is the only textbook I have ever enjoyed and would recommend. I had an extremely poor thermodynamics lecturer, but this textbook helped me get an extremely high score in a pass famed at my university for its 50+% failure rate. Get a hardcopy, or at least an e-book - this one's worth the money.
