I am a student at Rutgers University (New Jersey, U.S.A.) and I purchased this book for a Sales Management class. Inside the cover, this book reads: "This edition is manufactured in India and is authorized for sale only in India, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. Circulation of this edition outside of these territories is UNAUTHORIZED."I became wary of this book a few chapters in; the lessons and the examples are outmoded. Apple is listed as Apple Computer and there is an entire section entitled, "Opportunities for Women." Initially, I thought I bought an outdated version, yet the cover reads that it was printed in 2016. The top left corner of the book reads - in a bright red triangle - "Circulation of this edition outside the Indian subcontinent is UNAUTHORIZED."Why are there updated editions, yet no updated information? Why is Amazon allowing the illegal distribution of this book? Why is Amazon listing this book on top of its search?I am furious.

Does a good job of helping students learn.

This was an easy to follow text book. If you are allowed to use this edition for your Professional Selling course. Keep in mind the chapters will be a off by a chapter or two.
